First, ensure the volume is set to high, and the VoIP is set to Multiple Speakers.

Second, in the final step of the Audio Setup Wizard there is an Advanced option;


Before you can edit the below settings you cannot be broadcasting, turn off VoIP, then enter Audio Setup Wizard

  1. Set Silence Level to Zero. This is a volume threshold setting, if the volume does not surpass this level, it cuts the broadcast. Setting it to Zero means there is no minimum volume threshold.
  2. Acoustic Echo Cancellation Mode should be Half Duplex
  3. To ensure the above setting applies, uncheck the "Auto sense Acoustic Echo Cancellation Mode"
  4. Un-check the Automatic Gain Control
  5. Microphone volume should be at 85. You may need/want to modify this depending upon other settings. The best option to test this is enter your room, turn the VoIP on, start recording the meeting and speak for 60 seconds. Stop the recording, end the meeting, and listen. If too loud, lower this setting. If too quite, increase.
  6. Audio quality should be set to Good.
  7. Click OK to finalize the settings
